Anirudh Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with diverse professional experience across auditing, taxation, banking, and regulatory compliance. A distinguished academic achiever, he secured the highest marks in Lucknow in the CA Final Examination.
In addition to traditional assurance and taxation services, Anirudh actively advises startups and emerging businesses throughout their growth journey. His experience includes selecting suitable business structures, entity incorporation, financial modelling, preparation of project reports and detailed project reports (DPRs), fundraising readiness, cash-flow planning, regulatory registrations, and the establishment of effective financial and internal control systems. He also assists businesses in identifying and availing benefits under various Central and State Government incentive and subsidy schemes.
